Case Study: Fidelity National Title

Background

With origins that can be traced back 150 years, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, through its underwriting subsidiaries, is one of the nation's premier real estate service companies, providing title insurance and other real estate-related products and services. After a few years of performing small feature changes, integration work and day-to-day maintenance of the Fidelity legacy systems, Syntive worked under the guidance of the Fidelity Executive staff and IT teams in order to architect, develop and deploy a modern enterprise web application for the purpose of managing all aspects of the title insurance document workflow online.

Delivery

After only a few short months of active development, the TitleTrax web application went live in the winter of 2010 and has resulted in a significant growth in the number of active users.

Results

The time from feature request to live deployment has been reduced from months to days and the number of managed systems required to operate the policy management process has dropped from 4 to 1.
